At Shapeea Nepal, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's any issue with your order, our team is here to help.

Easy Exchange Within 24 Hours

If you need a different size, receive the wrong color, or notice a manufacturing defect, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange an exchange for you quickly and conveniently.

Exchange Fee

A flat fee of Rs. 100 applies to approved exchanges.

When your replacement product is delivered, our delivery partner will collect the original item at the same time, so there's no need to send it separately.

Eligible Exchange Reasons

You may request an exchange if:

• You need a different size.

• You received the wrong color.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Important Notes

To keep the process fair for all customers:

• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Original packaging and tags should be kept intact.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we're always happy to help resolve any issues through our exchange process.
