SHAPEEA Size Exchange Policy

At SHAPEEA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your item does not fit, we offer a size exchange only under the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept exchanges if:

  • The item has been worn or washed

  • The item shows stains, odor, or damage

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • The request is made after the 3-day period

🚚 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and required size

  2. Return the item to our provided address

  3. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement size

💰 Shipping & Exchange Charges

  • Return shipping cost is covered by the customer

  • Customers are also responsible for the exchange delivery charge

  • SHAPEEA will dispatch the replacement after approval and payment of exchange charges

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order only

  • We do not offer refunds, only size exchanges

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered
